As part of JBAS-5210, I changed the messaging SecurityMetaDataStore implementation from the messaging project, with an implementation in the messaging module (integration) of AS5 workspace. The new implementation is just a rip off of the old, except the usage of SecurityAssociation has been replaced with the new security spi usage. This fixes JBAS-4637.
