So does this new semantic apply on to 3.0 web-app? Or does it even apply
to a 2.5 web-app (like admin-console)?
All webapps. EE6 redefined metadata-complete, basically.
As I was proposing adding a new "disable-annotations" flag to address
that need, others stated (Emanuel maybe ? I don't really remember)
that it existed already.
